We are happy to confirm to guests old and new, that Casa Keima has completed all the latest legislation to amend our VV license (Vivienda Vacacional) – our certification plaque is displayed in the villa. You can rest assured that the property conforms to the latest regulations. We will ask guests for their respective information prior to arrival. We have always had to register guests with the Guardia Civil but this law change means that different guest information has to be sent to the Agencia Tributaria now. Tourists have been giving this information to hotels for many years, passport info etc but the new law in Jan 25 applies to villa rental now and the guests information that we submit is just slightly different.
